1. Warm-Up

Start with a dynamic warm-up to prepare the body for physical activity & reduce the risk of injury.

2. Conditioning Drills

Include exercises to improve strength, endurance, flexibility, and agility such as cardio drills, bodyweight exercises, and core workouts.

3. Stunting Practice

Focus on building and refining stunts, including partner work, lifts, tosses, and pyramids. Emphasize safety and proper technique.

4. Tumbling Skills

Work on tumbling skills like cartwheels, round-offs, back handsprings, and more advanced skills depending on the level of the participants.

5. Jumps & Leaps
